Synopsis

EVEOverview is a web-application who provides you useful data about your EVE Online account, such as wallet history, skill in training, ...

You can monitor multiple EVE Online accounts with the same EVEOverview account. Thus you can manage as many characters as you want with only one account. Easier and quicker !

In order to work, EVEOverview needs your Full API Key. That key only grants reading access to your account data, such as wallet transactions. The Limited API Key does only allow accessing skill in training and character sheet. Keep in mind that, even in possession of your Full Key, I cannot change anything ! And, if you have any doubt about me, you can revoke your API Key at any moment and get a new one. So, you'll have to trust me a bit. It's your call.

EVEOverview is completely free. You can try it, and use it if you like it ! Register now. I hope you'll enjoy that tool.

EVEOverview is still work in progress. More features will come in the future. Be patient and don't be surprised if there are some bugs around !

Why not an offine application ?

1. Setup is needed.
2. Not suitable for out-of-home use, public locations, mobile devices, ...
3. Harder to maintain.
4. Would you download the 150 MiB SQL dump for this ?

About the server

This server is hosted at home, for the moment. Hey, at least I can tweak this the way I want. So, if this website goes down for a little moment, please understand that it's not easy to keep a 100% uptime.

I'm using FreeBSD 7.2, best operating system I ever used ; nginx, very light and powerful, php5 and MySQL 5.

That's running on a Core 2 Duo E6600@2.4 GHz, with 4 GiB of RAM. But it's used for other things too (other projects, nfs server, ...).
